Personnel reporting to Naval Station Ingleside should contact the NAVSTA Administrative Office at (361) 776-4200 or the tenant command or ship to which they are reporting. Many people will arrive at the Corpus Christi International Airport, located 45 minutes from NAVSTA. Local transportation by taxi is available, but reporting personnel should notify their gaining command ahead of time for helpful information about transportation.
Customer Service Desk (CSD) Ingleside is located in the Headquarters Building, Suite 100. Incoming personnel are required to bring service records and original orders to be gained to their parent command. Customer service hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. All newly reporting personnel must register their privately owned vehicles with the Pass and Tag office within 30 days of checking aboard. Required documents include: (1) current driver’s license; (2) military, dependent, or civilian employee ID card; (3) current state vehicle registration; (4) proof of insurance; and (5) current motor vehicle inspection sticker (if required by the state where the vehicle is registered).
